Well Patty, no worries. Trump plans on being a dictator, off to a smashing start, so you do not have to worry about voting again, or those “unworthy” casting a ballet.

Democracy for you is a pain in the bum, various opinions and a foul assortment of colors
and “threatening” lifestyles involved that don’t adhere to your rigid ideology.

Grow up.

Do you think the Bidens voted for Trump? Really?

Also, I just looked at the late January Gallop poll on Trump’s favorable/unfavorable ratings. 47 percent approved of Trump’s performance as president. 48 percent disapproved. I expect the disapproval rate will increase by the end of this month.

In reply to Gren Whitman. What a ludicrous take on the election! Democrats forgot to vote? Perhaps you should question where those votes came from in 2020 and if they were legitimate (they weren’t). Those were fake votes in 2020 manufactured with the aid of Covid and the mail-in ballot scheme. This time it was too big to fail, thank goodness. And just think, if they hadn’t cheated last election, Donald Trump would be gone. Instead, Democrats probably won’t win another election for at least 12 years. Considering his popularity rating, which keeps going up, perhaps those 7 million Democrats voted Trump. Pretty sure the Bidens did.

For some bewildering reason(s), about 7 million Dems who were overjoyed to vote for Joe Biden in 2020 somehow failed to notice Herr Trump’s 900-page template for his second term — “Project 2025” prepared by the right-wing Heritage Foundation — aka “Himself’s Kampf.”
These Dems also somehow forgot to vote for Harris to succeed Biden in 2024.
Thus quoth the Immortal Pogo Possum: “We have met the enemy and he is us!”

Mr.Dean’s very real concerns about President Trump’s continuing stream of odd, even bizarre statements or musings about possible US actions,are fully justified. While they grab headlines and attention, they also confuse and worry other governments.
However, the use of tariffs to pressure our major trading partners, two of which, are neighbors and close allies, is familiar, having been employed during his first administration. But circumstances have changed. Canada and Mexico were tough in their responses and were ready to impose counter-tariffs, possibly unleashing a damaging trade war.
Fortunately, the NY markets fell over 600 points, in anticipation of the counter tariffs, which made an impression on the President. He later spoke with Mexico’s president and Canada’s PM, who promised to take responsive steps on the border and the 25% tariffs were lifted, though the threat remains.
