Blue cats have been a problem for a long time. Who cares about how tasty they are.

When there is no money for downstream consumer education and supply chain marketing and more processing facilities not deployed , nothing else matters.

There is no incentive for fishermen to catch. It’s nice there is one facility in the region, but if the fish population and market potential is there as identified, who was asleep at the wheel? Or does government really grind slower in this state than it currently demonstrates?
